Account Manager for Insurance Company - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for assisting the producer/broker in executing growth and profit initiatives by providing exemplary support services and developing/maintaining positive business relationships with retailers, carriers and co-workers. This would be an office position in the Dallas Fort Worth area, or for qualified applicants, it is possible to structure a hybrid or remote role.

In Short

• Solicit renewal information on accounts
• Endorsement processing
• Request information for thorough marketing submissions
• Rate new business and renewal submissions
• Review carrier quotations for accuracy
• Follow-up with retailers to ensure the bind
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy
• Process affidavit filings as required
• Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license is required
• Minimum of 2 years of previous P&C insurance experience
• Proficient in basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage and underwriting
• Excellent inter-personal and client relations skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve results
• Ability to follow and develop processes for efficiency
• Team player with a strong work ethic
