• Seeking a full-time Senior Data Analyst to join our team.
• Work as an embedded expert in the Customer Experience team at Salesforce.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to collect requirements.
• Craft and execute SQL queries based on business needs.
• Analyze large datasets to understand customer sentiment and behaviors.
• Build data workflows and reporting processes.
• Translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Salesforce platform owners.
• Leverage Salesforce-native tools for insights delivery.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience writing advanced SQL scripts.
• Ability to work with large datasets and distill insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Attention to detail and exceptional documentation skills.
• Experience in implementing operational automation scripts.
• Customer Experience (CX) experience is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
