We partner with some of the world’s leading organizations across industries including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality, and Software, helping them turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in a client-embedded capacity, supporting a large, global organization’s Customer Experience function. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, navigating complex data environments, and translating business questions into clear, data-backed answers.

In Short

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into structured analysis
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate large, complex datasets
• Combine customer feedback and operational data to identify trends in sentiment, behavior, and experience
• Build repeatable data processes and workflows to support ongoing CX initiatives
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data sources, definitions, and business logic
• Support the evolution of CX processes by improving how data is captured, structured, and utilized
• Contribute to documentation and best practices for data usage and reporting

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, views, stored procedures, etc.)
• Experience working with large, complex, or multi-source datasets
• Strong ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) – strong advantage
• Exposure to Customer Experience (CX), product, or operational data – advantage
