• We are seeking a full-time Senior Data Analyst to join our team.
• This role provides a great opportunity for a curious, self-starter.
• You will work as an embedded expert in the Customer Experience team at Salesforce.
• Support data query requests from various business unit leaders.
• Identify available data sources and write SQL queries.
• Export and refine datasets to meet specific business needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to collect requirements.
• Build repeatable data workflows and reporting processes.
• Translate raw data into insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the CX team and Salesforce platform owners.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer or Information Science, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience writing advanced SQL scripts.
• Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Comfortable with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional documentation skills.
• Experience in implementing operational automation scripts.
• CX experience is an advantage.
• Salesforce experience is an advantage.
