Consultant - Remote

Overview

This position offers remote working that gives you more choice over where you work best, working from our beautiful office spaces, or a combination of working from home, and the office.

In Short

• Serve the customer as a trusted advisor throughout the entire implementation project lifecycle.
• Manage customer and internal project team relationships and communication.
• Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops with customer project teams.
• Offer solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments.
• Contribute to the development and management of change orders.
• Perform solution testing and coordinate with quality assurance teams.
• Develop and deliver onsite or remote customer-specific training programs.
• Assist Support teams with resolution of customer configuration defects.
• Infrequent travel (up to 20%) to customer sites.

Requirements

• A consulting background, with 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience of SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with software and integration configuration, including coding (e.g., XML/HTML).
• Good understanding of cloud technology principles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex enterprise-level challenges.
• A passion for customer satisfaction.
• Skilled at identifying obstacles and troubleshooting issues.
• The ability to engage deeply with customers.
• A consultative approach to understanding customer needs.
• Proactive mindset with efficient, user-friendly solutions.
• Experience managing mid-market and enterprise projects.
