Consultant - Remote

Overview

This position offers the remote working that gives you more choice over where you work best, working from our beautiful office spaces, or a combination of working from home, and the office.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
• Manage customer and internal project team relationships.
• Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops.
• Offer solutions for challenges or scope adjustments.
• Contribute to change orders and project estimations.
• Perform solution testing and coordinate with QA teams.
• Develop and deliver customer-specific training programs.
• Assist support teams with customer configuration defects.
• Infrequent travel (up to 20%) to customer sites.
• Work within the Professional Services organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with software and integration configuration.
• Good understanding of cloud technology principles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver solutions.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Experience managing mid-market and enterprise projects.
• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Skilled at identifying obstacles and troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to engage deeply with customers to uncover needs.
• Consultative approach to tailoring solutions.
