In Short

• Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop data-driven strategies for scaling advertising campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, and target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).
• Manage external stakeholders for other areas like SEA.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, especially managing Meta Ads.
• Ability to reach target audiences and increase conversions.
• Analytical thinking and proficiency with Business Manager & tracking tools.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Experience in E-Commerce/D2C environment, ideally in the pet or natural sector (not a must).
