Overview

We are Start to Finish, supporting startups and growth companies in filling key positions in their teams. Our client, a cosmetics company focused on E-Commerce, is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager to drive their online sales through platforms like Amazon and their own online shop.

In Short

• Build, develop, and scale the online shop.
• Manage the shop on Shopify with a focus on structure and optimization.
• Optimize conversion rates (CRO) and conduct A/B testing.
• Implement SEO strategies and explain them effectively.
• Create landing pages independently using Replo.
• Manage promotions, newsletter marketing, and CRM.
• Ensure an excellent customer journey and retention.
• Provide guidance to a junior colleague.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager.
• Experience in building and managing an online shop (Shopify).
• Strong commercial focus with a goal of increasing revenue.
• Senior-level experience and a hands-on mentality.
• Proactive work style with independent idea development.
• Good design sense to evaluate landing pages and product pages effectively.
• Fluent in German (native speaker).
