• You lead, coach, and develop the copywriting team.
• Creation of high-converting copy for email newsletters (over 500,000 subscribers), landing pages, and conversion elements.
• Development of angles & big ideas for new campaigns and products.
• Utilization of AI tools (Claude, GPT) for fast, smart copy creation with maximum conversion.
• You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the entire content strategy.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a copywriter, ideally in the health/supplement sector.
• Proven successes in email copy, advertorials, and landing pages.
• You love numbers as much as creativity and are interested in target groups and conversion.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent German language skills, strong storytelling & sales talent.
