Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a comparable environment.
• Technical understanding of automotive parts or willingness to learn quickly.
• Methodical and structured work style with the ability to maintain overview under high volume.
• Genuine sales mentality: You want to sell, not just help.
• Enjoyment of digital tools like Asana and ticket systems.
• Strong communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
• Self-organization and responsibility.
