Senior Ecommerce Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to join our DTC team within a larger organisation. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will play a key part in our growth over the next year, owning the digital roadmap and leading key website projects.

In Short

• Own end-to-end digital commerce operations and product strategy.
• Lead growth planning, trading performance, and optimisation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or product leadership.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation and communication skills.
• Expertise in Shopify and analytics tools (GA4, Looker).
• Proven success in driving online revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of budgets.
• Experience in digital marketing, CRO, and UX best practices.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical and creative problem-solver.
• Enthusiasm for digital experiences and website performance.
