Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

HHAeXchange is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal department in various legal matters related to business operations.

In Short

• Prepare, draft, and review legal, regulatory, and operational documents.
• Assist with management of contract lifecycle.
• Maintain and organize legal documents, records, and files.
• Support the maintenance of corporate records.
• Assist in coordinating materials for board meetings.
• Collaborate with attorneys on legal projects.
• Manage outside counsel and legal spend.
• Provide assistance on special projects.
• Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification.
• 5+ years’ experience as a paralegal.
• Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in legal research and document management.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with executives.
