HHAeXchange is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to drive development of our next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform, contributing to meaningful improvements in healthcare technology.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and microservices.
• Develop frontend (Angular) and backend (Go) applications.
• Build Gen AI solutions to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Promote experimentation and innovation in technology.
• Mentor fellow engineers and foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in a reactive JavaScript framework (Angular, React, Vue).
• Experience with backend development (Go, NodeJS, Python).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Healthcare experience and knowledge of HL7 and FHIR is a plus.
