Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Kurt J. Lesker Company (KJLC) is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support our legal department in a wide range of transactional, compliance and corporate governance matters.

In Short

• Support the legal department in corporate governance matters.
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
• Monitor compliance activities and organize related files.
• Prepare corporate resolutions and filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team.
• Assist with strategic initiatives of the legal department.
• Work collaboratively with internal business teams.
• Interact with outside attorneys and vendors.
• Handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law.
• Experience with contract drafting and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal preferred.
• Experience in commercial contract review and negotiations preferred.
• Familiarity with contractual risk assessments preferred.
• Experience with export compliance and M&A support preferred.
