Integrated Dermatology is seeking an ambitious individual to serve as a Corporate Paralegal, supporting multiple executives in a dynamic department while undertaking various administrative and legal projects.

• Assist with employment, lease, vendor and other operational matters.
• Maintain operational databases for corporate data and documents.
• Monitor changes to government guidelines and submit reports.
• Prepare and edit correspondence and legal documents.
• Organize and manage transactional closing processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
• 3+ years of experience in research & writing.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to deliver clear and concise messages.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility to work on a variety of matters.
• Proficient computer and internet skills.
