Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an ambitious individual to serve in a Corporate Paralegal capacity, supporting multiple executives in a dynamic department while undertaking various administrative and legal projects.

In Short

• Assist with employment, lease, vendor, and other operational matters.
• Maintain operational databases for worldwide subsidiaries.
• Monitor changes to government guidelines and submit reports.
• Assist with obtaining certified documents from Secretaries of State.
• Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents.
• Assist in the preparation of operational legal documents.
• Organize and manage transactional closing processes.
• Liaise with internal executives and staff at all levels.
• Provide administrative support to General Counsel and attorneys.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
• 3+ years of experience in research & writing.
• Ability to deliver clear and concise messages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work on a variety of matters.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Proficient in computer and internet skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism.
