Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the legal and compliance functions of the company, with a focus on contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal operations.

In Short

• Draft, review, and manage contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Maintain contract database and assist with contract lifecycle management.
• Support compliance with FDA regulations and other healthcare-related legal requirements.
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings.
• Provide support for patent and trademark filings.
• Organize and maintain litigation files.
• Manage legal department workflows and maintain legal files.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Track key contract dates and obligations.
• Work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-house corporate paralegal experience.
• 4+ years of paralegal experience.
• Life sciences or med-tech industry experience preferred.
• California Certified Paralegal (CCP) designation preferred.
