Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Paralegal works collaboratively across the Corporate Law team and other important partners to enhance the productivity of the team by administering systems and supporting projects that improve the efficiency of the Corporate Law team while aligning with our values of Customer, Pursuit of Excellence, Speed, Integrity and People.

In Short

• Provide legal assistance on corporate governance and securities compliance matters.
• Manage entity administration and entity management database.
• Help draft corporate resolution documents and manage annual report filings.
• Assist with insider trading program and Section 16 reports.
• Support annual meeting logistics and shareowner relations.
• Communicate information across all levels of the organization.
• Provide general administrative support to assigned attorneys.
• Work on corporate secretarial matters and document requests.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in communications.
• Be part of a global team and willing to work outside normal hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 10+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal preferred.
• Strong experience with public company securities compliance.
• Proficiency in database use and management.
• Ability to maintain strict confidence in communications.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours.
