Overview

As a Corporate Paralegal at Intersect Power, you will support our commercial and legal teams in various tasks including contract management and corporate governance.

In Short

• Review, redline, and process contracts.
• Form and maintain corporate entities.
• Develop and optimize legal tools and templates.
• Provide onboarding and training on legal processes.
• Support attorneys in due diligence and operational matters.
• Maintain the legal contract repository.
• Collaborate on special projects and corporate initiatives.
• Manage corporate governance records.
• Work independently and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and contract management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and adaptable.
• Ability to work within PST business hours.
