• Support corporate housekeeping and compliance.
• Draft employment contracts, NDAs, and management agreements.
• Collaborate with notaries for incorporations and share transfers.
• Manage external KYC requests.

Requirements

• Completed HBO law/WO bachelor's/master's degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law.
• Experience with corporate housekeeping.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
