In Short

• Seeking an experienced project engineer to expand our project development team in Germany.
• Develop efficient layouts for BESS sites in collaboration with architects and external advisors.
• Review and assess supplier designs during tender processes.
• Support the development team in commissioning and evaluating technical reports.
• Design cable routes based on land ownership and environmental constraints.
• Maintain and update internal best practices and design standards.
• Manage Employer’s Requirements for EPC contracts.
• Collaborate with the technical team to integrate operational insights into design improvements.
• Maintain a structured database of specifications for BESS and high-voltage systems.
• Track trends in system design and document findings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and technical assessment skills.
• Understanding of energy infrastructure and grid connection requirements.
• Familiarity with permitting and regulatory processes.
• Structured documentation and data management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
