Senior Project Engineer - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will support technical execution across all four ERF phases, ensuring effective coordination between stakeholders and alignment with project objectives.

In Short

• Assist in technical planning and delivery across all ERF phases.
• Manage work packages and monitor technical progress throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Review design deliverables for compliance with project specifications.
• Interface daily with construction, supervision, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
• Track progress against schedules and report deviations.
• Support QA/QC efforts by monitoring workmanship and documentation.
• Identify potential engineering issues early and escalate as needed.
• Prepare technical reports and progress presentations.
• Ensure all engineering and construction drawings are properly reviewed and issued.
• Engage in mitigation planning and value engineering efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering and construction supervision.
• Experience with major infrastructure or airport projects.
• Strong technical background and ability to interpret specifications.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination across teams.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulatory frameworks.
