Overview

The SH&E Safety Manager provides senior leadership and strategic direction for Environment, Safety, Health, and Risk across ES Operations, partnering with leadership to drive safety performance and compliance.

In Short

• Lead the development of a risk-based safety strategy.
• Oversee the Environment, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP).
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Identify and prioritize critical risks across operations.

• Support business development activities related to safety.

Requirements

• US Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of safety leadership experience in high-risk industries.
• Strong understanding of risk management and safety systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH preferred).
• Experience with Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) approaches.
