Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Paralegal position supports the Legal Department in various commercial and corporate matters concerning the Company’s business and products, and prepares and coordinates procedural documents for general legal matters.

• Supports the Legal Department in corporate and commercial matters.
• Prepares and coordinates procedural documents.
• Assists with reviewing various types of agreements.
• Conducts legal and general research on regulatory matters.
• Facilitates legal billing with outside vendors.
• Coordinates and tracks state licenses and requirements.
• Works cross-functionally with other internal teams.
• Provides support with training materials.
• Supports ongoing compliance initiatives.
• May involve occasional domestic travel (up to 5%).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• 5-7 years of paralegal or administrative experience.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of legal agreement drafting.
• Experience in corporate legal departments preferred.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Understanding of compliance and intellectual property matters.
