Overview

The Director of Payer National Accounts at Meitheal Pharmaceuticals will play a key role in building and executing access strategies, serving as the liaison between the company and its national and regional PBM/Payer customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5+ years experience with national PBMs.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare access and reimbursement.
  • Demonstrated leadership in market access strategy.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment.
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy is a plus.
