Overview

The Senior Director, Payer National Accounts is responsible for developing and executing the strategic payer plan to secure appropriate market access for Day One’s first commercialized product in pLGG (pediatric low grade glioma) as well as future portfolio launches.

In Short

  • Develop and execute access strategies for tovarafenib and future assets.
  • Maintain relationships with specific payers to ensure appropriate access for eligible patients.
  • Develop account plans and overall account strategies.
  • Organize and oversee key customer meetings.
  • Provide strategic inputs and customer insights for launch strategies.
  • Lead payer-related account activities with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree with minimum 10+ years’ biotech payer account management experience.
  • Oncology or rare disease launch experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of US payer trends.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more pending business needs.
