The Associate Director, Marketing Science and Sales Operations will play a critical role in shaping the sales and marketing strategy through analytics, technology, and process optimization. This individual will be responsible for delivering excellence in sales operations, performance measurement, ROI analysis while ensuring alignment between sales and marketing functions to maximize outreach and impact.

• Execute sales performance analysis and key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner across Commercial Operations to lead analytics initiatives to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Finance and Forecasting teams to cascade corporate forecasts into field sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales operations strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems for field sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to sales and marketing operations.
• Develop and manage sales incentive programs to drive high performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase operational efficiency.
• Establish strong relationships with the field sales organization.
• Maintain and optimize alignments for the Sales organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing science, sales operations, or commercial analytics.
• Strong understanding of oncology markets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Veeva) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Proven track record of driving sales force effectiveness through data-driven strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
