Overview

Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Marketing Operations Associate to join the Marketing Operations team, driving growth strategies that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven.

In Short

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems.
• Become a power user of HubSpot, Chili Piper, and other marketing automation tools.
• Support Demand Generation efforts with logistics of various marketing tactics.
• Maintain all department technologies and data sources.
• Manage responses to adhoc marketing operations requests via Asana.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for best practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of marketing operations experience.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience in HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
• B2B marketing in a SaaS or high-tech organization preferred.
• Competent in marketing strategy, tech stacks, lead scoring, and nurturing.
• Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with multitasking ability.
