Director, Medical Strategy - Remote

Overview

The Director, Medical Strategy will be a key leader within the Medical Affairs team, responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of core Medical Affairs deliverables supporting the development and commercialization of OJEMDA^TM.

• Drive development of Medical Affairs Strategy for OJEMDA^TM.
• Represent Medical Affairs on the OJEMDA^TM brand team.
• Lead development of scientific communication platform for OJEMDA^TM.
• Oversee development of scientific exchange materials.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans.
• Lead advisory board strategy and content development.
• Synthesize insights from field teams and advisory boards.
• Oversee congress strategy and representation.
• Train MSLs on scientific exchange materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) in a scientific or medical discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience in biopharmaceuticals.
• Leadership experience in Medical Affairs strategy, particularly in oncology.
• Proven track record in scientific communications and evidence generation.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and oncology landscape.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally.
• Experience with congress planning and advisory board execution.
