In Short

• Work with the Brand Partnerships team to achieve annual business targets.
• Contribute to the evolution of strategy within the EU business.
• Support the commercial team in identifying new business categories.
• Develop long-term strategies and partnership roadmaps.
• Ensure strategic processes are used for tracking partnership success.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and creative team.
• Leverage in-house insight and research capabilities.
• Identify and develop category specific marketing products.

Requirements

• 7+ years in brand or marketing industry, with 3+ years in management.
• Problem solver with understanding of media/advertising landscape.
• Ability to communicate confidently with C-suite.
• Strong ability to interpret research and translate data into solutions.
• Empathy in presenting relevant solutions.
• Flawless communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead strategic conversations.
• Strong team player with positive attitude.
• Brilliant time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with high volumes of face-to-face meetings.
