Highsnobiety is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Production & Product Development Manager to oversee the production of in-line and collaboration collections, ensuring high-quality standards for apparel, accessories, and collectibles.

In Short

• Oversee the end-to-end production process for clothing and accessories.
• Manage product samples, fittings, and updates to tech packs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure production timelines and quality.
• Source new fabrics and identify manufacturers to optimize production.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and resolve production issues.
• Set deadlines and align schedules with internal teams.
• Monitor production costs and negotiate with factories.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align production with goals.
• Maintain detailed production reports and communicate updates.
• Foster a motivating, diverse work atmosphere.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in production coordination in fashion.
• Hands-on experience in technical design and production oversight.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in production management software.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
