• Drive strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in high-growth environments, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with sales operations and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent program/project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset for performance analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
• Ideally located in eastern or central US.
