Data Strategy Director - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Data Strategy Director to join Translation, an award-winning independent creative solutions company that helps brands harness the power of culture to solve their biggest challenges. This role is a Hybrid role: three days in office and two days remote.

In Short

• Establish deep knowledge of client businesses to make relevant, measurable, and impactful strategic recommendations.
• Lead the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build and maintain dashboards to meet multiple client team needs.
• Lead development and ensure accuracy of on-going performance marketing reports.
• Translate data into actionable insights for departments across the agency.
• Foster collaboration among inter-agency teams and media partners.
• Present as an inspiring, persuasive author who is comfortable in many rooms.
• Partner with other outstanding strategists on your team to guide and maintain the excellence of our core strategic product.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital media analytics and insights development experience.
• Media/marketing performance comprehension.
• Proficiency using data analytics to recommend solutions.
• Sharp analyzation skills in application of assessing a multitude of data sets.
• Ability to identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience informing business and creative development.
• Capacity to actively remove barriers and define next steps.
