In Short

• Support Head of Artist Operations with day-to-day management of operational procedures.
• Analyze workflows and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Track and reconcile recoupable expenses for Exclusive Partner Artists.
• Prepare documentation for royalty statement delivery.
• Review royalty statements for accuracy.
• Manage third-party income tracker and payment deadlines.
• Liaise with Sync department for music licensing questions.
• Maintain a database of artist contact information.
• Manage documentation for music releases.
• Implement methods to aggregate information across departments.

Requirements
