The candidate should be an adaptable self-starter who excels in both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, has strong communication and management skills, and is comfortable making decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.

In Short

  • Oversee day-to-day operations with clear plans, dates, and budget deadlines.
  • Develop and implement KPI dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Lead marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of lead generation.
  • Manage or coordinate with third-party marketing firms and oversee strategy, copy, and campaign execution.
  • Streamline onboarding processes to reduce manual hours while maintaining compliance.
  • Make independent decisions for day-to-day operational needs.
  • Track and manage investor requests and compliance documentation.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the sales team to ensure leads are effectively converted.
  • Develop sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance using CRM tools.
  • Present solutions and improvements to the Managing Partner.

Requirements
