Overview

The Director of Marketing Operations will establish and lead key operational functions that support the execution of our commercial strategy, ensuring seamless execution and compliance across all marketing initiatives.

• Lead and manage the Promotional Review Committee (PRC).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs.
• Optimize PRC workflow using technology.
• Oversee marketing technology platforms.
• Develop KPIs for marketing initiatives.
• Build and execute the speaker bureau program.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships for fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels of marketing materials.
• Coordinate commercial meetings and congresses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in marketing operations in biotech/pharma.
• Experience in marketing operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of PRC process in oncology.
• Experience with marketing platforms.
• Experience managing commercial events.
• Ability to manage and develop direct reports.
