Overview

The Associate Director of Compliance Operations will be a critical part of the team designing and implementing Nuvalent’s compliance program, ensuring the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries.

In Short

• Establish compliance procedures and work practices.
• Design and implement compliance systems with IT and Finance.
• Conduct compliance training across the organization.
• Develop a risk-based auditing and monitoring plan.
• Compile and analyze compliance data for reporting.
• Manage compliance controls for HCP engagements.
• Provide guidance on compliance policies.
• Serve as a compliance representative on review committees.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ compliance experience, 5+ in pharma.
• Prior experience in compliance operations and spend reporting.
• Experience in compliance training.
• Oncology experience preferred.
