In Short

• Support development and execution of annual Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Field Medical.
• Manage Medical Affairs activities such as advisory boards and scientific congress planning.
• Contribute to the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and Medical Review Committee (MRC).
• Support the Investigator-Sponsored Research (ISR) program.
• Integrate healthcare provider insights for clinical trials design.
• Assist with development of promotional materials.
• Maintain internal Medical Affairs processes and guidance documents.
• Gather and share insights from KOL interactions and conferences.
• Assist in vendor oversight and budget management.

Requirements

• Advanced medical/scientific doctoral-level degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD).
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical biotech, including 3+ years in Medical Affairs.
• Oncology experience required; solid tumor experience preferred.
• Experience with advisory boards, PRC/MRC, and ISR programs.
• Strong project management and scientific communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Up to 25% domestic (and possibly international) travel.
