Overview

The Manager, Data Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales, customer, and market data to enhance commercial operations within Nuvalent, a company focused on creating selective medicines for cancer patients.

• Oversee collection and governance of commercial and sales data.
• Act as the primary internal data steward for Master Data Management.
• Manage data flows between various systems including Salesforce and Veeva.

Requirements

• 3+ years in data operations or commercial analytics in biotech or pharma.
• Experience managing CRM systems like Veeva and Salesforce.
• Expertise in data governance and integration.
• Familiarity with oncology data sources.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts effectively.
• Experience in fast-paced start-up environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
