Overview

Glycomine is searching for a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Medical Director/Senior Medical Director, Medical Affairs to support our programs in development and pipeline efforts.

In Short

• Develop and execute the medical affairs plan aligned with product lifecycle stages.
• Support publications, abstracts, posters, and medical slide decks.
• Collaborate with Preclinical, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams.
• Provide medical leadership for therapeutic initiatives.
• Interact with investigators, KOLs, and research institutions.
• Support Medical Affairs goals and prioritization of research interests.
• Ensure alignment of activities with launch readiness.
• Provide medical review and approval of external resources.
• Assist with planning and execution of advisory boards.
• Develop and deliver high-quality medical education materials.

Requirements

• MD with 5–10 years of experience in medical affairs.
• Experience in developing medical strategic plans for drug launches.
• Understanding of clinical development and regulatory landscape.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet with HCPs/KOLs.
• Proven track record in leading medical strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with senior management and experts confidently.
