Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director, Field Medical Affairs (Dermatology) to lead and expand our field-based Medical Affairs team within the dermatology therapeutic area.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
• Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Monitor MSL activities for compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to Medical Affairs strategies.
• Provide scientific expertise for internal decision-making.
• Assist in developing medical materials and publications.
• Requires advanced degree in life sciences.
• Minimum of 15 years in Medical Affairs.
• Up to 75% travel required.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO).
• 15+ years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• 7+ years in field medical affairs.
• 2+ years in dermatology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record with KOLs.
• Ability to work in a dynamic biotech environment.
