Overview

The Associate Director, Data Operations will partner with multiple stakeholders to design and build analyses to inform commercial initiatives and optimize brand performance.

In Short

  • Reports to: Director, Data Operations
  • Location: Plymouth Meeting HQ (Hybrid) or Remote
  • Focus on development and management of data warehouse in AWS Redshift
  • Support development of reports and analytics in AWS QuickSight
  • Work with SQL, Git, dbt, and command line
  • Translate business rules into SQL for data warehouse
  • Use Python and SQL for analyses
  • Ensure data quality and integrity
  • Maintain data pipelines
  • Drive change through data insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of data warehouse or analytics engineering experience
  • 2 years of pharmaceutical Commercial Operations experience
  • Experience with pharmaceutical industry data sources
  • Hands-on experience with dbt and analytical data warehouses
  • Attention to detail and critical review skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
