Overview

The Key Account Manager will help Braeburn accomplish its purpose by educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about Braeburn’s products and related access resources, ensuring HCPs are fully informed about clinical aspects and product acquisition.

In Short

  • Achieve planned goals and patient access to product objectives.
  • Demonstrate mastery of sales competencies and scientific knowledge.
  • Engage with account personnel to uncover needs and communicate solutions.
  • Provide information to inform physicians about access related information.
  • Manage and support accounts ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues.
  • Collaborate with Braeburn cross-functional partners.
  • Develop ongoing dialogue with customers to adapt to their needs.
  • Exercise sound judgment and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Exercise fiscal control of operational expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 3 years in sales.
  • Proven sales performance in Specialty Pharmacy markets.
  • Understanding of reimbursement/insurance coverage for treatments.
  • Experience selling specialty products in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
  • Ability to work autonomously to find new business opportunities.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
