Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for one of our clients. This role involves strategic and operational support for key customers, developing long-term customer relationships, and identifying growth potential.

In Short

  • Strategic and operational support for key customers
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and identify growth potentials
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations at decision-maker level
  • Create and implement account plans including revenue and profit responsibility
  • Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as marketing, product management, and service
  • Analyze market and competitive developments and derive appropriate measures
  • Manage projects and coordinate customer-specific requirements
  • Regular reporting to management

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, sales, marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally in an international environment
  • Proven successes in managing and developing major clients
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as negotiation skills
  • Analytical, structured, and results-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels
  • Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel depending on customer structure
