We are looking for a Head of Recruiting to lead our recruiting efforts for various companies across Germany, ensuring a modern approach to talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate experience design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
