Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager for one of our clients.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a holistic recruiting strategy in coordination with management
  • Lead, motivate, and further develop the recruiting team
  • Responsible for the entire recruiting process from requirement profiles to onboarding
  • Build and maintain a talent pool and further develop the employer branding strategy
  • Select, manage, and negotiate with external service providers, recruiters, and job portals
  • Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs and report to management
  • Introduce innovative recruiting tools and methods (e.g., digital assessment procedures, social recruiting)
  • Work closely with HR business partners and departments to identify staffing needs

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, psychology, HR management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a leadership role
  • Solid knowledge of modern recruiting methods (Active Sourcing, Social Media Recruiting, Employer Branding)
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication and consulting skills as well as negotiation skills
  • Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
