Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager.
• 1-3 years in sales enablement or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and buyer journeys.
• Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills.
• High proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and other tools.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally.
