Purchasing Officer (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Purchasing Officer (m/f/d) for one of our clients. As a modern personnel consultant, we recruit specialists and executives across Germany for various companies.

In Short

• Handling day-to-day operations in purchasing (order requests, orders, order confirmations)
• Maintaining and managing supplier and material master data in the ERP system
• Obtaining and comparing offers and supporting price negotiations
• Monitoring delivery dates, quantities, and quality in close coordination with suppliers
• Processing complaints and coordinating with internal departments
• Creating evaluations, reports, and statistics for purchasing controlling
• Supporting projects for process optimization and digitalization in purchasing

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in purchasing or a similar administrative position is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office, knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Strong organizational talent and affinity for numbers
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
