Overview

This position involves working in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills are valued. As a key part of the purchasing team, you will ensure that order processes run smoothly, from tracking orders to checking supplier invoices and managing inventory.

In Short

• Track orders from placement to delivery
• Maintain accurate records of purchased products and delivery information
• Act as the first point of contact for internal customer service and suppliers regarding order status
• Monitor inventory levels to determine if reorders are necessary
• Review supplier invoices and compare them with purchase data
• Create reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Support forecast management for future needs
• Handle economic processing of quality complaints

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in purchasing, supply chain management, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in purchasing or order management
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
