Overview

This position is for a Purchaser who will play a central role in the procurement team, ensuring smooth order processes and managing various responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

In Short

• Manage orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Accurately record and maintain purchased products and supplier information.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal customer service and suppliers regarding order status and changes.
• Monitor inventory levels and determine if reorders are necessary.
• Review supplier invoices against purchasing data to identify discrepancies.
• Generate reports on purchases, including cost analyses, to enhance transparency.
• Carefully verify invoices and record them in SAP.
• Support future demand planning in forecast management.
• Handle quality complaints economically in consultation with the relevant department.
• Ensure compliance with correct purchasing prices to avoid cost deviations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Initial experience in procurement or order management.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset.
